Lyon & Healy can make an initial assessment by reviewing detailed photos sent via mail or email to repair@lyonhealy.com. A complete estimate can only be made once the harp is seen first-hand for a Physical Value Evaluation at Lyon & Healy in Chicago. The fee for a Physical Value Evaluation is $500, which will be applied toward the cost of repairs if they are done by Lyon & Healy.
