The Lyon & Healy Harps, Lyon & Healy West and Salvi Harps Inc offices are open by appointment only. Contactless selections will be available via an online video appointment.
Through various video chat applications or video meeting, we can arrange an appointment with you that includes a visual overview of the harps that you have pre-selected, as well as live sound comparisons between several models. Or, if you prefer, we can send you a video or audio samples of your pre-determined instruments, and you can review on your own before making a decision. Strings, music and harp accessories are available through harp.com. For those in the Chicagoland area, urgent orders can be placed for curbside next day pick up by contacting our accessories department at firstname.lastname@example.org All other orders for strings, music, and accessories can be placed through harp.com. While factory regulations are available, we cannot offer same-day service, we require a three-day arc. Other local technicians may be contacted via harptechguild.com.
The well-being and health of our harpmakers and customers are our priority, so at Lyon & Healy Harps we are following strict COVID-19 preventive recommendations, including the requirement that everyone who enters our doors wears a facemask. To further protect the health of our employees we have suspended factory tours indefinitely.
